At HN Online Shopping. customers' satisfaction is our first goal and priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchased items.

You can do booking on any of our items. Upon completion of booking, please provide your name, telephone number, identity number and home address. We have rights to cancel your booking.

We do sell pre-order items. It means, the items are not in stock. However you can book the items and you can pay the items once arrived. Also, we have rights to cancel your booking and our booking from our supplier (it depends on the quantity).

Items are not returnable and not exchangeable (with other type of products) after you have received your purchased items. However, in certain situation, you might be able to exchange your purchased items with new ones if you the items are broken within 3 days upon your collection.

For the mean time, we do not do any shipments. We do not do "door to door" services. However, we do another method called "set up a meet point". You might be charged if you have chosen to use "Set up a meet point" as low as $2. In the future, we will do "door to door" services.

Your personal information like telephone number, identity card number, home address and similar things like those are confidential. We are not going to expose your personal information as we are using those information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order only.
